St. Padraigh of Ireland (Paddy) and St. Margaret of Scotland (Maisie) were born in rural Arkansas in a litter of 11 puppies. They were fortunate to be rescued as an entire litter and transported to a local foster family, which raised them until they were ready to be adopted by families in southeastern Connecticut. Thus, they remain in contact with their siblings. Their parents are Chaplain Paul and his wife Cherise, a pediatrician who feels her specialty is very close to veterinary medicine, and they live on the banks of Ash Creek in Bridgeport. They spend their weekdays in the EY offices on Crown Street, where they give Theatre students and ECY staff great joy. They worship at ECY on Sundays whenever they are inclined to remember their manners.
